At Techera.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the sensitive nature of electronic products, our return and warranty policy follows strict guidelines to ensure clarity and transparency for all buyers.


Replacement Policy

We only offer product replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product must be covered by an official company warranty.
    We will only process a replacement if the original brand or manufacturer (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.) offers a valid replacement under their terms.

  • The product is faulty or malfunctioning due to a manufacturing defect and is reported within the warranty period.

  • Unboxing video is required in case of physical damage during delivery to process a claim. Without unboxing proof, no damage claims will be accepted.


No Return/Replacement Will Be Accepted If:

  • The product is physically damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • The customer changes their mind or orders the wrong item

  • The warranty is only local and the original local warranty card is not provided

  • The product is out of warranty or not eligible under brand policy

  • The box, accessories, or packaging is missing


🛡️ Warranty Claim Policy

  • Brand New Products: If covered by international or manufacturer warranty, customers must contact the official service center for claims.

  • Local Warranty Products:
    Local warranty can only be claimed if a valid, original local warranty card is provided at the time of purchase. No card = no claim.

  • Used Products:
    Used products come with limited or no warranty, and customers must check warranty status (if applicable) at the time of purchase.


📦 How to Request a Replacement (If Eligible):

  1. Contact our support within the warranty period

  2. Share order number and issue details

  3. Provide pictures and unboxing video (in case of damage)

  4. If approved, send the item back in original condition and packaging


📌 Important Notes:

  • Techera.pk is not responsible for delays or decisions made by brand service centers.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return/replacement if the terms above are not met.

  • Return shipping charges (if any) must be borne by the customer unless the item was faulty from our side.
